Develop and optimize deposition, anneal and reflow processes to improve yield, quality, and cost.
Lead process, equipment, and material evaluations and implement changes at the process step.
Support new process baseline qualifications and ensure alignment with sister fabs.
Collaborate with suppliers to meet quality, cost, and risk management goals.
Maintain detailed documentation of process findings, characterizations, and risk assessments.
As a D iffusion Process Engineer, you will be part of a team responsible for developing and optimizing diffusion deposition processes in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment.
You will lead efforts to improve product quality, reliability, and yield, while driving cost reduction and productivity improvements.
You will apply structured problem-solving methodologies such as failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, and SPC to support continuous improvement and technology development.

At least 1 years of related experience as a Diffusion Process Engineer in the Semiconductor industry.
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience Ability to leverage
