About the role
- Paradigm Health is rebuilding the clinical research ecosystem by enabling equitable access to trials for all patients.
- This role is critical to transforming those foundational relationships into deep, enterprise-level partnerships.
- This is a high-impact role with visibility across the organization and direct influence on Paradigm's clinical research growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own and expand AMC partnerships post-acquisition, deepening relationships and driving increased adoption of Paradigm's solutions
- Build and manage relationships across all levels, including senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation to deliver value and unlock growth opportunities
- Lead partnership operations, including performance tracking, reporting, and alignment across provider success teams
- Prior people management experience, with the ability to build and scale teams over time

Requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
Nice to have
- Experience in clinical trials or oncology
- Background in Consulting
- MBA or business-focused academic background
- Experience with post-merger integration
