About the role
- Education: Either an Engineering Postgraduate or Graduate with an aptitude for Finance and Cost controlling with 10-15 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requirements

- Either an Engineering Postgraduate or Graduate with an aptitude for Finance and Cost controlling with 10-15 years related experience and/or training
- Knowledge of acceptable accounting principles and practices.
- Or a Finance Postgraduate or Graduate with an aptitude for Project Costing and Cost Control with 10-15 years of related experience.
- 10-15 years' experience preferably Bulk material handling and/or surface mining systems industries.
- Knowledge of the project structure in a client/supplier business environment.
- Knowledge of budgeting and scheduling.
- A thorough knowledge of standard contract terms, including hourly, lumps sum, not-to-exceed and how they are applied in the billing process.
- Knowledge of contract law and regulations

- Education:

- Tracking complex EP and EPC projects with a budget of at least $10 million from award through commissioning and acceptance.
- Knowledge of budgeting and scheduling. A thorough knowledge of standard contract terms, including hourly, lumps sum, not-to-exceed and how they are applied in the billing process.
- Ability to draft contractual agreements and clauses
Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Preference for full working knowledge in SAP
- Additional preference for experience with Project Management Software
- Certificates and Licenses:
- Preference for P.M.P
- Starting salary at $106,000USD
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
