About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst is a subject matter expert for reporting and analysis for the Finance department.

Generates materials for senior and executive leadership and communicates findings that help drive business decisions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Detail-oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.
Experience with business planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, TM1, etc.) and BI Tools (PowerBI, MicroStrategy, Looker, etc.)
Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Travel Required: No
Any equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis.
Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, including financial statement design.
SAP and enterprise database experience preferred but not required.

Works with department leadership to plan, execute, and analyze the global forecasting process for DTC and International Distributors, including long- range plan, budget, forecasts, guidance, and monthly reporting.
Reviews and communicates actual financial results and variances to assist with finance with planning and forecasting for global DTC and marketplaces.
Researches and answers questions and recommends solutions to problems.
Conducts ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
Minimum of five (5) or more years of related experience in an FP&A function.
Documented experience with e-commerce and wholesale functions is preferred.
Expert-level Excel skills.

The salary range posted for this position represents the anticipated hiring range for this role.
This is the hiring range for the position; compensation above the posted maximum is not typically available at the time of hire.
$109,400 - $111,200

Offers are made within this range based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market considerations.
