About the role
- This role reports to our Senior Manager of Tool Installation.
- As part of our Form Factory 1 https://formenergy.com/form-factory-1/ team, you will contribute to bringing our first factory manufacturing lines into production in partnership with Engineering, Operations and Construction teams.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, spend tracking, contractor scope of work, installation manuals, spare parts inventory, and as-built drawings.
- Support execution of in the field activities that include but are not limited to layout, rigging, electrical, mechanical installation.
- Demonstrated experience in scheduling, developing scope of work (SOW), and organization.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in equipment design, installation and maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience in contractor management, technical trades and custom manufacturing equipment installations.
- Ability to operate within standard computer management softwares (Procore, maintainX, JIRA, etc) as well as CAD.
- Ability to move objects up to 50 pounds.
- Coordinate with procurement teams, contractors and key stakeholders to ensure timely availability of equipment and materials required for installation.
