Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including two or three executives and the Director, Global Operations, Americas.
- Manage highly complex and constantly changing agendas across multiple time zones, prioritizing tasks and optimizing the sequencing of activities.

- Reporting to the Director, Global Operations, Americas, the Senior Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to a New York-based team comprising two or three senior executives and investment professionals.
Requirements
- Demonstrate advanced expertise in managing complex agendas and in coordinating high-level travel arrangements.
- Have an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for managing complex schedules, as well as in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of French is an asset.
- Have over ten years' experience in an administrative support role for senior management.
- Have experience working with Concur or any other expense and travel management tool (an asset).
- Have worked in a dynamic professional environment, ideally in financial services and internationally.
- Have an excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
- The average base salary range for this position is USD 85 000 to USD 100 000, plus a competitive benefits package and eligibility for annual variable compensation.
