About the role

Provide career and transfer advice to students planning to transfer to 4-year institutions.
Serve as a liaison for academic advisors/coaches regarding transfer information.
The specific duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

Promote and build awareness for IRSC Transfer Services and partner schools' transfer opportunities.
Coordinate and implement informational sessions and workshops for students seeking transfer services.
Implement outreach and communication with college/university admissions representatives to facilitate student transfer opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience in career counseling and transfer services.
Proven effectiveness in customer service.
Partner with Academic Advisors to support degree completion and facilitate transfer opportunities for students.

Skills

Demonstrated strong leadership and motivational skills.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

$17.36/hour | All salary calculations start at the minimum salary and will be based on candidate's education and experience. | Open until filled.
