About the role

- The MSL serves as a scientific and technical resource, translating complex diagnostic technologies into clear clinical value and operational impact that enhances patient care pathways.

Responsibilities
- Leads efforts in recognizing, identifying, cultivating, and integrating KOL relationships within pathology, oncology diagnostics, and laboratory medicine environments.
- Identifies opportunities to support scientific exchange and appropriate clinical adoption of diagnostic platforms and laboratory technologies.
- Supports clinical study site readiness and technical implementation activities, ensuring platforms, instrumentation, and workflows are functioning effectively.
- Collaborates cross-functionally to provide insights related to workflow efficiency, operational impact, and field needs.
- Supports coordination of local expert adjudication committees and other scientific initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or similar), OR a Master's/Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, OR NP/RN licensure, with meaningful clinical experience

- Provides balanced, evidence-based education to internal and external stakeholders regarding scientific data, technical procedures, and clinical utility.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, clinical care pathways, hospital environments, and/or clinical laboratory workflow
- Ability to confidently engage pathologists, laboratory leaders, and healthcare professionals in scientific and technical dialogue
- Experience communicating complex medical or diagnostic information clearly and concisely
