About the role

We are seeking a Part-time contract Nurse Practitioner to join our growing care practice supporting senior patients living with chronic conditions, starting with dementia, and their family caregivers.
This is a unique role that provides an opportunity to strategically influence the direction of the company while positively impacting lives.
The Nurse Practitioner will provide high quality care services virtually via telehealth to patients/families living in home settings.

Various training programs, workshops, and resources are available to help you enhance your skills, knowledge, and expertise in the fields of caregiving and aging.

Master's level ARNP required with additional training or experience in Geriatric care, Dementia and Palliative specialties Doctorate of Nursing preferred.
