About the role
- We are seeking a Part-time contract Nurse Practitioner to join our growing care practice supporting senior patients living with chronic conditions, starting with dementia, and their family caregivers.
- This is a unique role that provides an opportunity to strategically influence the direction of the company while positively impacting lives.
- The Nurse Practitioner will provide high quality care services virtually via telehealth to patients/families living in home settings.

Requirements
- Various training programs, workshops, and resources are available to help you enhance your skills, knowledge, and expertise in the fields of caregiving and aging.

Nice to have
- Master's level ARNP required with additional training or experience in Geriatric care, Dementia and Palliative specialties Doctorate of Nursing preferred.
