About the role

Monitor production systems and applications to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Review, investigate, and escalate system alerts and incidents as needed.
Analyze system health metrics and identify trends or potential issues.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Tableau.
Utilize SQL to extract, analyze, and validate data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
The ideal candidate will have strong SQL and Tableau skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced production support environment.

Requirements

Strong experience with SQL for data analysis and reporting.
Hands-on experience with Tableau dashboards and reporting.
Ability to work independently in a shift-based environment, including graveyard shifts.
Required Qualifications 3+ years of IT experience in Production Support, Monitoring, Operations, or a related role.

Nice to have

Experience with Splunk for monitoring, alerting, and log analysis.
Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management tools.
Certifications if any Please include any relevant certifications with your application, such as Splunk, Tableau, ITIL, SQL, or other related technical certifications.
