Responsibilities
- Collaborates with physician, patient, and team members to establish, implement, and evaluate a plan of care including goals and periodically revises patient's treatment/ care plan
Requirements
- Obtains required physician orders for all care provided.
- Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in occupational therapy or equivalent; Master's Degree preferred
Compensation

- $58.00 - $73.60 hourly
