You have broad business management experience, operate well in ambiguity, and have proven your ability to communicate effectively across cross domains and teams.
You have worked in early/small teams, are excited by a role you'll be able to shape, are a phenomenal team player, and want to save-the-damn-planet!
3+ years in a consulting strategy role, business operations, or a cross-functional role.
You operate with high accountability, need little to no hand-holding, and have proven yourself comfortable in handling the ambiguity typical of early businesses.
Proven track record of being a thought partner to leadership and an ability to build trust with internal/external stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organizational and process management skills that allow you to deliver across a diverse set of work streams including: setting strategic goals & underlying analysis, customer/partnership development, internal process improvements & documentation, and special projects.
You learn quickly, don't let yourself get stuck, and have a true bias for action, with the ability to deliver high quality work product quickly.
Sharp business judgment, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Passion for building incredible organizations solving the world's hardest problems, like climate change.
