Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across GTM and marketing functions, including brand, growth, partnerships, communications, lifecycle marketing, and related commercial teams
- Partner directly with senior leaders to translate hiring plans into recruiting strategies and execution plans
- Build and manage high-priority searches across multiple functions and levels simultaneously
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process
- Drive talent calibration and candidate evaluation with a high quality bar
- Design and improve recruiting processes, interview structures, and hiring workflows to support scale
- Partner with recruiting leadership on capacity planning, prioritization, and hiring operations
- Build sourcing strategies and pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-impact roles
