Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service for every member including assisting with care coordination needs such as referrals, enrollments in chronic disease management programs, etc.
- Perform a high volume of outbound and inbound member calls daily to support scheduling, pre-visit preparation, and care coordination.
- Provide real-time telehealth support, including guiding members through device setup, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring successful provider visit completion.
- Support multiple providers simultaneously (typically 3-4), including managing schedules, completing pre-visit chart preparation, and coordinating care needs.
Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee regularly is required to stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
Nice to have
- Experience working with internal medicine offices
- High school diploma.
- Current, valid, unrestricted driver's license and reliable transportation.
- CPR / First Aid Certification
Compensation
- $38,569.00 - $57,853.00 Pay range may be based on a number of factors including market location, education, responsibilities, experience, etc.
