About the role

Responsibilities
- At SRS Acquiom, our Release Analysts manage the "post-closing" stage of M&A deals-taking the details of completed transactions and handling the process of distributing funds to shareholders.
- Each "release" is its own project, with multiple moving parts to track, spreadsheets to untangle, and deadlines to meet.
- Manage multiple releases simultaneously - Track each deal through its phases, monitor progress, and keep everything moving forward.
- Work across teams and with outside parties - Partner with Compliance, Client Services, Payments, and banks to coordinate steps and resolve issues.
- Employee Assistance Programs for confidential support when life gets complicated
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Advanced Excel skills required - Comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and interpreting complex data
Skills
- Strong organizational skills for managing many projects at once

Compensation
- The salary range for this position is between $65k and $75k, depending on experience level.
- Primary Responsibilities
- Manage multiple releases simultaneously - Track each deal through its phases, monitor progress, and keep everything moving forward.
- Dig into spreadsheets - Review and interpret capitalization tables and financial models from a wide variety of sources.
- Work across teams and with outside parties - Partner with Compliance, Client Services, Payments, and banks to coordinate steps and resolve issues.
- Keep systems accurate - Ensure NetSuite (our system of record) reflects finalized figures for each deal.
