Responsibilities

  • Systems Maintenance: Perform comprehensive electrical maintenance and advanced troubleshooting on complex plant equipment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the maintenance team to support and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Technical Documentation: Maintain precise records of work performed, system modifications, and parts inventory.

Skills

  • Expert ability to diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently.
  • Schematic Proficiency: Highly skilled in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
  • Safety Excellence: Unwavering commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and arc flash safety.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Cement Industry or heavy industrial manufacturing is preferred.

  • $59.36 per hour (as per collective agreement)
