About the role

  • This role is responsible for report development, process management, complex analysis, tracking performance against strategic goals, and contributing to continuous improvement of financial processes, tools, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with commercial and business partners on data structures, reporting logic, and sales pipeline tracking workflows.
  • Support financial planning and analysis activities for reporting and master data management while maintaining data integrity and establishing appropriate controls.
  • Partner with Business Unit and Commercial stakeholders to identify, track, and report on business opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial, Business Unit, and Category Finance team to identify opportunities to streamline reporting, enhance analytical capabilities, and improve the effectiveness of metrics and insights supporting overall business performance.
  • Support consistent, baseline financial reporting across business units to enable comparability across TreeHouse including dashboard development and ERP reporting refresh.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required
  • Three to seven years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles, preferably within a CPG or manufacturing environment
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to both finance and non-finance audiences
  • High degree of integrity, discretion, and professionalism with the ability to handle confidential information

Compensation

  • The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $78,700.00 - $118,100.00 USD annually.
  • This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
