Responsibilities
- Collaborates with team members to identify the need for changes to policies, procedures, and other work processes.
- Develops and maintains an audit tool and/or oversight monitoring processes that measure the efficacy and adherence of care managers and utilization reviewers to prevailing policies, procedures, and work processes.
- Establishes and maintains effective communications/professional relationships with delegated and prospectively delegated entities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or master's degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Degree will be verified.
- Experience requiring effective problem-solving, critical thinking, process analysis, and other strong analytical skills.

- Frequent interactions with colleagues require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, needs, and issues quickly and accurately.
- Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy.
- This includes frequent computer use for typing, accessing needed information, etc.
- May be expected to sit or stand in a stationary position for a long time.
