About the role

As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you are the bridge between clinical excellence and compassionate care.
You will step into a pivotal leadership role, managing an assigned client caseload and supervising, coaching, and mentoring our incredible field staff (RNs, LPNs, and HHAs) to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.

Advocacy & Documentation: Review shift notes to track patient progress, manage supply inventories when needed, and document clinical status changes.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using laptops/desktops, Microsoft Office Suite, and G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Meet) to manage digital documentation.

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 1+ years of nursing experience.
Centria's standard office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility required to meet company objectives or handle on-call duties.
Regular travel across the local region is required to perform in-home client visits.
Ability to sit for periods of the day, stand/walk periodically, utilize computer screens for data analysis, and occasionally bend, reach, or lift up to 30 pounds.

Background in a home care or private duty nursing model.
Clinical knowledge or hands-on experience working with Spinal Cord Injuries (SCI), Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI), respiratory failure, or pediatric populations (trach/vent/G-tube dependent).
