About the role

  • As a Legal Administrative Assistant within our Litigation team, you will:
  • Provide exceptional internal and external client service while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and process case information through final disposition.
  • Create and manage electronic files and prepare correspondence, memoranda, pleadings, and other complex legal documents.
  • Prepare documents for state and federal court filings and electronically file documents in various state and federal courts.
  • Maintain attorney calendars, schedules, and contact information.
  • Support new client intake and related administrative processes.
  • Prepare and process time entries, coordinate billing activities, arrange travel, and manage expense reimbursements.

Requirements

  • Collaboration: Ability to work cooperatively and effectively within a team environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of general litigation experience in a law firm or comparable professional services environment.
  • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Experience with document management systems and time and billing systems preferred.

Compensation

  • The targeted salary range for this position is from $70,000 – $90,000, which reflects the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting.
