About the role
- We're hiring Class A CDL drivers within 90 miles of the Houston area for OTR opportunities.
- Experienced drivers can run solo or choose to become a Driver Mentor for additional earning potential.
- New CDL holders are also welcome to apply for available training opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Drivers with less than three months of qualifying experience start at $0.35 CPM while building their first three months of experience.
Compensation
- $0.45-$0.55 CPM, based on experience Additional $0.10 CPM while mentoring Up to $0.10 CPM additional productivity pay Additional bonus opportunities may apply Mentors may take home time or return to solo driving between students.
- After reaching three months of qualifying experience, drivers may transition to the experienced solo pay range of $0.45-$0.55 CPM, based on applicable experience and qualifications.
