About the role

- We're currently seeking a Civil Project Engineer to join our dynamic team.
- As a member of our civil engineering team, you will work on a broad range of projects.
Responsibilities
- As a Civil Project Engineer, you will collaborate closely with Project Designers and Project Managers to help lead the civil design process from concept through construction. You will play a key role in shaping projects and ensuring their successful delivery.
- Partner with multidisciplinary project teams to plan, design, and develop civil engineering solutions.
- Contribute to overall project strategy, schedules, and coordination to support project success.
- Prepare and oversee documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
- Support construction administration efforts, including responding to RFIs and reviewing submittals.
- As a Civil Project Engineer, you will collaborate closely with Project Designers and Project Managers to help lead the civil design process from concept through construction.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across our studios in California and Texas-and help bring high-performance, community-first design to life.
- Mentorship from Managing Directors, Design Directors, and senior team members across disciplines.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience across all phases of civil engineering projects.
- Proficiency in CAD and Civil 3D.
- Strong technical knowledge of industry-standard engineering software.
