  • We're currently seeking a Civil Project Engineer to join our dynamic team.
  • As a member of our civil engineering team, you will work on a broad range of projects.

Responsibilities

  • As a Civil Project Engineer, you will collaborate closely with Project Designers and Project Managers to help lead the civil design process from concept through construction. You will play a key role in shaping projects and ensuring their successful delivery.
  • Partner with multidisciplinary project teams to plan, design, and develop civil engineering solutions.
  • Contribute to overall project strategy, schedules, and coordination to support project success.
  • Prepare and oversee documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
  • Support construction administration efforts, including responding to RFIs and reviewing submittals.
  • As a Civil Project Engineer, you will collaborate closely with Project Designers and Project Managers to help lead the civil design process from concept through construction.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across our studios in California and Texas-and help bring high-performance, community-first design to life.
  • Mentorship from Managing Directors, Design Directors, and senior team members across disciplines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
  • 8+ years of experience across all phases of civil engineering projects.
  • Proficiency in CAD and Civil 3D.
  • Strong technical knowledge of industry-standard engineering software.

Compensation

  • This position is eligible for an annual bonus.
