Responsibilities
- Administer and support GBT's internal IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and business applications
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and software for internal users and business clients
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access while following security best practices
- Maintain backup systems, disaster recovery plans, and ensure critical data integrity
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and standards
- Help define and maintain GBT's standard operating environment and approved technology stack
- Experience providing IT support in a client-facing environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and collaboratively

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration, infrastructure support, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments, servers, networking, and endpoint management
- Experience supporting PCs, business applications, and LAN-based systems
- Familiarity with system monitoring, backups, patch management, and security practices
- Professional communication and strong customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
