Responsibilities
- Drive the successful delivery of scalable, cloud-native software solutions that support Litera's product strategy and long-term growth.
- Lead the technical execution of key initiatives, ensuring architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices enable sustainable innovation.
- Advance Litera's AI capabilities through the design and optimization of agent workflows, evaluation frameworks, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Foster strong collaboration across Product, Architecture, DevOps, and Quality Engineering to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Work alongside people who collaborate, support one another, and lead with integrity.
- Partner with teams around the world to solve complex challenges that matter.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of software development experience with a strong full-stack engineering background.
- Proven experience leading technical initiatives while remaining an active contributor to software delivery.
- Deep expertise in at least one backend technology stack, such as.NET or Laravel.
- Experience designing and scaling cloud-native applications and distributed systems in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, or other production-scale data platforms.
Compensation
- The base salary range for this role is $145,000 to $175,000 USD.
