Responsibilities
- Act as a primary resource for large and complex solution design; can dig into and troubleshoot complex problems, investigates and assists with the implementation of new technologies.
- Document business processes and create and comprehend complex technical specifications.
- Create effective documents that are clear, succinct, accurate, and appropriately detailed.
- Create solution document and describe/sell chosen solution.
- Develop training documentation and content for software platforms.
- Create standards for documentation.
- Edit written documentation of development and other IT staff to create unified and consistent support documents.
- Analyze IT project requirements to determine types of documents needed.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new documentation tools and methods in support of documentation improvement efforts.
- Identify new innovations and is called upon to assist with design of newly needed applications.
Requirements
- Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone.
- The person is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as:
- Occasional mobility required to attend in-person meetings and complete various office tasks.
- 8-10 years of relevant work experience required.
- 4 Year / Bachelor Degree or equivalent years of job experience required.

- The compensation for this role includes base salary along with the opportunity to earn additional variable compensation based on achieving specific performance metrics.
- The starting base pay range for this position is $144,462-$178,453 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
