About the role
- The Processing Liquid Receiving Line Operator is a senior-level, leadership-oriented role overseeing the most complex and detailed operations in the Processing department.
- You'll coordinate daily activities under minimal supervision, mentor team members, and ensure flawless execution across production, sanitation, quality, and maintenance processes.
- Your leadership will keep our lines running smoothly and our products meeting the high standards households expect from Kraft Heinz.
Responsibilities
- Lead and organize daily processing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow coordination
- Oversee changeovers, ensure production accuracy, and drive operational efficiency
- Manage SAP transactions, scheduling, and product staging processes
- perform basic calibrations and repairs
- Maintain product quality standards and verify HACCP/GMP documentation
- Support: Confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs occasionally
