About the role

  • Also responsible for managing several concurrent projects or initiatives related to the application and its end users.
  • Does this position require Patient Care?
  • Offers recommendations for improvements in data collection, workflow, or other processes when possible.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of new and existing software applications.
  • Provides ongoing support for software applications by identifying and resolving issues, often serving as the point of escalation for more complex issues.

Requirements

  • Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
  • If you are utilizing Epic, you must be able to obtain the required certifications as outlined in the program requirements.
  • Knowledge of the workflows and operations supported by the software application(s).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other popular office productivity solutions.

  • Experience
  • Experience in the development, support or operation of software applications, preferably in a healthcare setting 5-7 years required.
  • Experience with the development, support, or operation of software applications in a healthcare setting.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree Information Systems preferred

Compensation

  • $45.17 - $65.74/Hourly
