Requirements

  • Diploma or University Degree in Engineering or other relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years' industry experience, preferably in the fields of bulk materials handling, engineering, or a similar industry.
  • Experience managing medium to large project budgets and negotiating supplier contracts.
  • Expertise in common Project Management software and applications, including budgeting, scheduling, etc.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
  • Diploma or University Degree in Engineering or other relevant field, or equivalent practical experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is a strong asset.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Role & Responsibilities
  • As a Project Manager working out of our Vancouver office, you will manage a range of activities-including engineering & design logistics, budgets, schedules, procurement, installation, commissioning and warranty-to ensure smooth, seamless project execution.
  • The ideal candidate will take full ownership and provide valuable leadership for every member of the project team.
  • Here are some of the things you'll be working on
  • Lead the project team in understanding the scope of work and developing plans for the delivery of engineering, design, procurement, logistics, installation and commissioning.
  • Monitor and work within budget allotments.
  • Manage project execution to schedule, scope, cost, and quality requirements by liaising with and providing direction to other project team members.
