About the role

  • As a Part-Time Traveling Customer Service Specialist, you will travel among nearby branch locations and be the first friendly person that greets clients and assists them with their banking needs.
  • As mentioned this role includes working at multiple branches as needed, meeting a variety of customer and working with different retail branch teams.
  • In this role, you will help clients by verifying account information and performing loan and deposit transactions, as well as guide them when they are not sure where to go next by engaging in friendly, meaningful conversations.
