Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in ROSC communities and ROSC Principles, modeling these practices in daily interactions with WFIS staff and community partners.
- Support Care Coordinators, Care Managers, and clients in achieving housing stability and economic self-sufficiency goals.
- Identify, develop, and maintain partnerships with regional housing authorities, housing agencies, employment providers, and potential employers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of community housing and workforce resources and share relevant information with staff and community partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social services field or bachelor's degree
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience with the Substance Use population and case management field
- Knowledge of Trauma Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths Based Planning and Brief Solution-Focused Interventions
- This position does require some travel throughout the service area, to include transporting clients, thus the candidate must be living within the Circuit 2 and 14 area counties.
