About the role
- This role focuses primarily on Franchise-to-Franchise (F2F) portfolio integrations and New Restaurant Openings (NROs), helping stabilize restaurant operations during periods of transition.
- Analyst translates in-restaurant observations and operational data into clear, actionable insights while supporting the implementation and follow-up of operational improvement plans.
- Provide shoulder-to-shoulder coaching with RGMs and restaurant leadership teams to reinforce Popeyes operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct restaurant visits independently to support F2F portfolio integrations and NROs
- Support restaurant teams in implementing operational improvements based on in-restaurant observations.
- Adapt coaching approach based on real-time restaurant conditions to drive immediate operational improvements.
- Support the Sr. Manager in diagnosing performance challenges across assigned restaurant portfolios.
- Drive accountability at the RGM and District Manager level
- Maintain detailed visit recaps, operational observations, and performance summaries.
- Support ongoing monitoring of restaurants during F2F transitions and NRO ramp periods.
- Build visit materials, performance summaries, and engagement recaps following restaurant engagements.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in restaurant operations, hospitality, or operational support roles.
- Strong understanding of QSR restaurant operations and performance drivers.
- Proven ability to diagnose operational issues and recommend practical solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced restaurant environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 75-80%, with flexibility to accommodate last-minute travel and occasional evening and weekend commitments.
