Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis: Lead comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities, integrating AI-driven insights to enhance decision-making.
  • Craft strategic recommendations that support Empower's objectives in a highly regulated environment, ensuring alignment with our growth strategy and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure initiatives are data-driven and scalable, fostering an agile financial planning process that enhances organizational performance.
  • Risk Management: Develop robust risk management frameworks leveraging AI technologies to anticipate potential challenges and mitigate risks.
  • Create contingency plans that align with Empower's risk appetite, ensuring financial resilience in a complex regulatory landscape.
  • Drive organization-wide awareness of financial risks and opportunities, fostering a culture of proactive risk management and strategic foresight.
  • Drive innovation by embedding AI capabilities in financial models, thus improving scalability and the quality of insights generated for strategic decision-making.
  • Implement best practices that align with Empower's regulatory obligations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with business units to develop realistic budgets, leveraging AI analytics for precision and strategic alignment.
  • Monitor budget adherence, providing actionable insights and recommendations to support cost-effective growth in a dynamic regulatory environment.

Requirements

  • While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear.

  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a track record of strategic leadership.
  • Demonstrated expertise in AI-driven financial processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
