About the role

Responsibilities
- Identify legal and compliance risks across business operations and support on internal audit and compliance review.
- Establish, implement, and continuously improve the company's risk management and compliance program, with the focus on data security, antirust compliance, and product liability and marketing.
- Support the review and update of product and company website related data protection and privacy policies.
- Develop and deliver antitrust compliance training to the business team.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant legal experience as an in-house counsel or in law firm
- Basic Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Expertise:
- Experience building or managing compliance programs is a plus

Nice to have
- Strong knowledge of U.S. data privacy, security, and transfer laws at both state and federal levels
- Familiarity with consumer electronics and home appliances products compliance frameworks and marketing laws
- Solid experience in antitrust and competition law (pricing, distribution, channel management)
- Active U.S. bar license (Georgia preferred or ability to register in-house in Georgia)
- Legal experience in manufacturing, consumer electronics, or related industries is strongly preferred.
