Responsibilities
- Grocery shop and maintain a well-stocked kitchen and pantry
- Manage food inventory, kitchen organization, and cleanliness
- Adapt meals to preferences and maintain consistency in quality and timing
- Maintain organization across all living spaces, offices, and storage areas
- Personal and Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling logistics
- Provide light tech support and general administrative assistance
- Run local errands and support day-to-day personal needs
- Pet Care and Support
Requirements
- Experience in a private home, personal assistant, household manager, or similar support role
- Strong cooking skills and genuine enjoyment of meal preparation
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through
- Calm, discreet, and dependable
- High emotional intelligence and strong situational awareness
- Comfortable managing both routine tasks and shifting priorities
- Tech-comfortable, including Google Suite and basic troubleshooting
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation
- $60,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on experience
