Obtain all necessary information to perform job assignment and report any discrepancies to appropriate personnel.
Read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams to perform point-to-point assembly, where assemblies and subassemblies require wiring and soldering of large masses of wires in confined spaces.
Following appropriate wiring diagram, perform wiring using harness boards, tie-in cables and harnesses; install mechanical parts, components and fasteners as specified.
Perform electrical/electronic and mechanical assembly tasks working as a member of an assembly team as assigned.
Use and operate a broad range of hand tools, assembly equipment and safety equipment to perform tasks.
Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition.

Must have a current active US Government Secret Security Clearance (minimum) with an investigation date less than 5 years ago
High School graduate or recognized equivalent (GED) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in electronics, test, assembly, or manufacturing/production
Experience in electrical assembly and wiring, and soldering of PC boards
Experience reading drawings and wiring diagrams
Must be capable of successfully completing basic solder certification, visual acuity test and in-house skills training
Perform product finishing functions as required
U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions.
Perform product finishing functions as required; obtain and maintain proper certifications, such as Conformal Coating Printed Wiring Assembly (PWA), Paints/Epoxies, etc.

$50,882.00 - $121,755.00
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
