Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Relationship Manager with any client inquiries to ensure stellar customer experience.
  • The Corporate Trust Administrator will be responsible to manage and/or oversee the day-to-day transactions including payments, tickler review, account set up, account reviews and other compliance related items for a wide variety of Corporate Trust products.
  • The associate will work with the Relationship Managers to review and analyze governing documents.
  • The associate will demonstrate collaboration with both internal partners as well as external clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or related work equivalent is required.
  • Must have a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills are required.
  • Must have strong attention to detail skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Must have the ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines is required.
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Associate will be required reporting, including daily audit reporting, cash reporting, business development, and compliance reporting.

Nice to have

  • Must have strong knowledge of MS Office Suite is required.
  • Knowledge of Trust 3000 is a plus.

Compensation

  • $45,250.00 - $74,338.75
  • Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
  • In addition to base salary, WSFS Financial Corporation (WSFS) and its subsidiaries may offer eligible Associates discretionary and formula-based incentive and retention awards.
