Responsibilities
- Understand the granular needs of the clients and help them design their knowledge request
- Be a client partner, and ensure our client stakeholders maintain their trust in NewtonX as the go-to B2B research partner of choice
- NewtonX is looking to hire its next Client Delivery Associates to support our rapid growth, and connect NewtonX clients to world-leading professionals.
Requirements
- 2 years of professional work experience
- You enjoy solving problems.
- You enjoy team collaboration, communication, listening and advocating.
- You enjoy work independently and efficiently with minimal direction and under pressure
- Have a bachelor's degree in relevant field of study
- Assess in detail the specific knowledge of the request and onboard them to the platform

Compensation
- $73,250 base salary + performance bonus + benefits package
