- Proven technical product management leadership experience of 7+ years, including working with highly diverse and global teams.
- Track record of delivering AI/ML powered, data-driven products and cloud scale services that are widely adopted with large customer bases.
- 5+ years of experience with search technologies, Information retrieval, search
- BS or MS or equivalent experience in Computer Science or background in a strong scientific subject area.

Compensation
- Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
- The U.S. pay range for this position is $148,100 -- $282,100 annually.
- Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

- In California, the pay range for this position is $194,800 - $282,100
- At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
