Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Manager of Technology to determine requirements gathering, planning, and implementation of technical and workflow solutions for News, Production, Creative Services and other station partners.
- Develop and maintain system documentation for operational and troubleshooting purposes.
- Provide technical support, incident response, and customer communication.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of complex engineering projects, from requirements gathering and technical design through implementation, testing, and post-launch support, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time and aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience with minimum of 1 year Project Management experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, radio, television & film, related fields or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in core IT fundamentals including administration of physical / virtualized / cloud compute & storage, networking, domain & identity management.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program

Skills
- CCNA Certification is desirable
- Experience with Project Management tools such as Jira, Asana or similar
Compensation
- $110,000 - $120,000
