About the role
- Headquartered in Evanston, Illinois, we have 10 global offices.
- You will play a crucial role in leading and managing operations for ongoing client engagements for our life sciences/pharma clients.
- You will be responsible for project leadership, team management, enhancing data processes, and managing client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and develop proposals to ensure methodological soundness; consistently deliver quality client services and drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget.
- Support project execution and delivery as needed to ensure project success.
- Build and plan out complex enhancements to reports, online tools, and data processes.
- Lead and motivate diverse and global teams; train and mentor team members to assist in their professional growth.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Bachelor or advanced degree with 8 to 10 years of professional experience.
