About the role
- Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Building Operator, Level 2 is an intermediate level building operator responsible for providing operational and technical support as a member of a building operations team.
- The primary objective of the Building Operator, Level 2 is to ensure that the assigned real estate portfolio or complex of buildings is being managed and maintained in a safe and environmentally responsible manner and to the highest level of operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assisting building supervisors, maintenance mechanics and building superintendents with installation and repair of mechanical systems
- Installing, repair ing and maintaining climate control and other mechanical systems within a building or portfolio

Requirements
- 4 th Class Power Engineer (or equivalent) or in process of attaining
- Minimum of 3 years direct work experience in junior or intermediate position in commercial high rise building operations;
- Valid driver's license;
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office.

Compensation
- The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $67,000 – $73,000.
