NLR's Site Operations Group keeps the laboratory running by providing facility maintenance and support for major mechanical systems.
Perform and direct preventive maintenance on facility systems
Perform installation and repairs on facility systems
Perform on-call projects
Follow all ES&H policies and procedures to ensure and maintain safe working environment

Full knowledge of general maintenance.
Basic knowledge of facility systems and mechanical, electrical and pneumatic equipment.
Ability to read blueprints.
Additional Required Qualifications
7 years experience in commercial construction.
Must have (or be able to obtain) and maintain a valid Colorado driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to lift over 70 pounds on a routine basis
Demonstrated ability to work on a team and independently to accomplish tasks
All employees must also be able to obtain and maintain a federal Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card as required by Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12), which includes a favorable background investigation.

Experience installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining plumbing in a commercial construction setting.
Experience installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining heating and cooling hydronic systems.

In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, a potential new employee's salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.
$57,900 - $95,500
NLR takes into consideration a candidate's education, training, and experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees.
