About the role
- This role also assists with the daily operations of the program, including student sign-in and sign-out procedures, snack distribution, classroom supervision, and maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a group of up to 20 students throughout the after-school program.
- Reinforce academic concepts and provide individualized support based on student needs.
- Facilitate leadership development activities, team-building games, and enrichment experiences.
- Collaborate with the Lead Instructor to ensure the program operates efficiently and in accordance with program policies.
Requirements
- You have worked at PAE for at least 6 months and have proven professionalism, reliability, and enthusiasm

Skills
- Assist students with homework while ensuring assignments are completed and understood.
- Promote a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment through active supervision and classroom management.
