About the role

Requirements
- Completed a Bachelor's or Master's Degree between Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 in Statistics, Mathematics, Research, Economics, Quantitative Psychology / Sociology, or other applicable degree.
- Beginner proficiency or coursework in research, basic statistical literacy, basic data visualization.
- AI Fluency & Curiosity: A baseline understanding of Generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or GitHub Copilot) with a demonstrated ability to apply prompts to accelerate delivery.
- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are required in-office in Cleveland, OH
- You'll gain a 360-degree view of how our business operates, from product strategy to client delivery.
- A baseline understanding of Generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or GitHub Copilot) with a demonstrated ability to apply prompts to accelerate delivery.
Nice to have
- SQL, Python, or R, and/or relevant internships or project experience.
