About the role
- The candidate should be passionate about clean code, engineering excellence, Agile delivery practices, and modern software architecture, including the transition from monolithic applications to microservices-based solutions.
- Follow Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) practices and contribute to quality-first development.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and SQL.
- Develop high-quality, clean, testable, readable, and maintainable code aligned with software engineering best practices.
- Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and NgRx.
- Develop robust RESTful APIs and backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Participate in the design and implementation of microservices-based architectures and support modernization of legacy monolithic systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment to deliver business solutions efficiently.
- Apply object-oriented design principles and design patterns to create scalable and extensible applications.
- Identify application bottlenecks, performance issues, and defects, and implement effective resolutions.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Experience working with Microservices Architecture.
- Knowledge of legacy monolithic architectures and migration strategies to microservices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
- Experience with automated testing and ATDD methodologies.
