- This role is a key member of our Compliance team and requires cross-functional collaboration and influence, serving as the key liaison between internal departments.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly examine and document operating practices through internal audits; create and/or modify SOPs.
- Develop, plan, and implement quality methods which assure all processes and services meet internal and external customer expectations.
- Support internal department's management team in establishing accountable methods of performance.
- Develop reports for identifying continuous quality improvement and organization metrics.
- Documents shortcomings and communicates audit findings in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodology, principles, and practices.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to think critically and conceptually.
- Some experience in change management.
- Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of relevant business experience.
- Ensure all internal processes, procedures, and operational systems are functioning as required for lean operational efficiency.
Nice to have
- ISO or Six Sigma certification preferred but not required.
