About the role
- As a Supply Planner, you are responsible for translating demand signals into a realistic, feasible supply plan, taking into account constraints across materials, suppliers, capacity and execution.
- Enable cross-functional decision-making within your domain and x-domains
Responsibilities
- Supply Planning & Scenario Building
- Develop realistic supply plans based on available capacity, supplier capabilities and network constraints
- Identify critical components and capacity constrain and drive mitigation action
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related field
- Experience in supply planning, material planning, S&OP or IBP environments
- Experience in working in a matrix organization and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and decisions
- Experience with ERP and planning tools (e.g. SAP, JDE, Anaplan, or similar)
- Ability to balance short-term execution with mid- to long-term planning
