Coordination with city inspectors, geotechnical engineers, and surveyors to maintain compliance and quality
Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
What You'll Bring: • 10+ years as a Superintendent with both tilt wall and civil project history • Strong scheduling and organizational skills, able to think ahead and problem solve in the field • Record of building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and owners • Comfortable using technology for scheduling, daily logs, and communication

Hands on knowledge of panel construction, erection, and sequencing for tilt wall projects
Experience managing site logistics, crane picks, and large crews during tilt wall phases

10+ years as a Superintendent with both tilt wall and civil project history
Strong scheduling and organizational skills, able to think ahead and problem solve in the field
Comfortable using technology for scheduling, daily logs, and communication
