- THE ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES LEOP seeks an administrative assistant to support the work of our department.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills; Tech-savvy with working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); Perform related duties as assigned.
- Coordinate logistics for UC Law SF's Diversity Week, including securing venue reservations, catering, equipment, and technical support.
- Record minutes for monthly DEIWG meetings.
- Prepare and distribute DEIWG meeting agenda.
