Responsibilities
- You will build and enhance software focused on solving challenges in these domains, and roll out solutions that can be used by all services.
- Design and build software projects systems in SRE domains such as observability, incident management, problem management, and resiliency.
- Lead large, ambiguous initiatives from inception to planning/design to delivery
- Identify company wide opportunities to improve availability, and implement automation and tooling to address.
- Provide technical mentorship to other Remitly teams on how to best observe their systems, and design for high availability.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure (such as AWS), and infrastructure as code
Compensation
- The starting base salary range for this position is typically $180,000- $225,000.
- In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
